AI Video Production
Training series, product walkthroughs, social video and AI presenters, produced from one AI pipeline with human editing. No film crew and no filming days.
Companies we've collaborated with
AI video for training, marketing and pitches
One production pipeline, six kinds of video.
Training video series
Software walkthroughs and training libraries in one consistent style, like the BatchGeo series.
See the BatchGeo series →Product walkthroughs
One approved script, produced in versions for different regions and audiences, and updated when the product changes.
Promo and social video
Campaign and social formats cut from the same generation pipeline, so each deliverable builds on the last.
AI avatars and spokespeople
A presenter built from a script: a stock AI presenter, or a consented likeness of someone on your team.
See avatar use cases →Animation and motion graphics
AI-assisted animation and motion design, made in the same pipeline as the rest of the video.
360 video
Spherical and immersive content for training and experiences, backed by our VR development work.
AI training video case study: BatchGeo
For BatchGeo, we produced a six-video product training series plus promotional and social assets, from concept to delivery in two to three weeks. There was no film crew and no filming day.
Each video went through script, AI generation and prompting, voiceover, animation and motion graphics, then editing and final polish. The same pipeline produced the promo and social cuts.
What the BatchGeo series took
Training videos, plus promo and social assets
From concept to delivery
Production hours across the engagement
Person-days of skilled work per video
Where video budgets go
Traditional video budgets tend to go to the same three places.
Crew, film days and reshoots
On-camera talent, a producer, crew and lighting for a film day, and another day on set if the script changes.
A library that goes stale
When the product changes, the training videos fall out of date and the shoot has to happen again.
Every video looks different
Videos made months apart by different crews rarely match, and the library stops looking like one product.
Why teams switch from traditional video production
Production happens in the edit. The schedule follows the script and the review rounds.
No film day
No crew, lighting or locations to book.
Update without a reshoot
Change the script and regenerate the scene that changed.
One style system
Prompts, reference frames and brand rules are set once, so video ten matches video one.
The videos are yours
Commercially licensed tools. Your source assets and the finished videos are yours outright.
AI avatars and AI spokespeople for pitches, training and sales
An AI spokesperson is a presenter video built from a script. The presenter can be a stock AI presenter or a digital likeness of someone on your team, speaking in a consistent voice. Change the script and the video updates without a reshoot.
Founders use it for investor and sales pitches, teams for training and onboarding, and product teams for walkthroughs in several versions. We produce presenters with HeyGen and voices with ElevenLabs, and only create a real person’s likeness with their written consent.
How the production pipeline works
Every video runs through five stages. Concept and script, where people decide the message. A style system of prompts, reference frames and brand rules, approved before volume production starts. Generation, where AI produces the raw visual material. Motion graphics and animation. Then edit and finish, with voiceover, music and pacing.
About a day and a half of skilled work goes into each finished video.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is AI video production?
AI video production uses generative models (video generation, synthetic voiceover, and AI-assisted motion graphics) to produce professional video at a fraction of traditional cost and timeline. No camera crews, no filming days, no reshoots: production happens in the edit, which is why a six-video series takes weeks instead of months.
It covers the formats businesses use: product and software training videos, promotional and social cuts, explainers, and 360°/immersive content, plus the animation and motion-graphics work that used to be its own line item. For fully 3D product visuals (renders, spins, real-time assets), see our 3D rendering and animation services.
How long does AI video production take?
That same six-video series went from concept to final delivery in 2–3 weeks. Traditional production timelines for equivalent scope usually run months once filming, editing, and reshoots are scheduled.
Is AI video quality good enough for customer-facing content?
Where it shines: product training series, explainers, promotional and social cuts, and any program where volume matters more than a single cinematic hero shot. That’s where the economics (a quarter to a third of traditional cost) change what a content calendar can afford. Where we’ll steer you elsewhere: brand-defining hero films with real actors and real locations still belong to traditional production, and if that’s what your project needs, we’ll say so at the first call rather than generating our way into an inferior version of it.
Do you also do traditional animation or 360° video?
Yes, animation, motion graphics, and 360°/immersive video are part of the same production practice, now accelerated by generative tooling.
How does an engagement work?
- Script and storyboard: we define the message, audience, and format per video, the thinking AI can’t do for you.
- Generation and voiceover: visuals from state-of-the-art video models, synthetic or recorded voice to match your brand.
- Motion graphics and editing: human editors assemble, animate, and polish. This is where “AI-generated” becomes “professional.”
- Review and revisions: generation costs make revisions cheap; we iterate until it’s right.
Can you make an AI avatar of our founder for an investor pitch?
Yes, with the founder’s written consent, and after the avatar platform’s identity verification. Your company holds the rights to the likeness and voice, and we produce the pitch from a script you approve. We recommend telling investors the presenter is AI-generated. If a stock AI presenter suits the video better, we can make the same piece without anyone’s likeness.
Who owns the finished videos?
You do. We use commercially licensed models and tools, your source assets stay yours, and the finished deliverables are yours outright. If your legal team wants specifics on the toolchain, we walk them through it before the engagement starts.
